CalEEMod is a financial, inventory, investment, legal, and project management tool designed to help government agencies, land use planners, and environmental professionals quantify criteria pollutant and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from land use projects. The model calculates direct emissions from construction and operation, as well as indirect emissions from energy use, solid waste disposal, vegetation planting/removal, and water use.
